Does figure offer a mortgage or refinancing?

Most complaints were related to trouble with the payment process. The company gave a timely response to all complaints, closing eight complaints with explanations and one with monetary relief. The only type of home loan option from Figure is a home equity line of credit. Figure does not offer purchase mortgages or refinancing.
